Arizona Culinary Institute will be holding its first in a series of “Wine Flight Classes” on Thursday March 13, 2014 at 6:30 in du Jour Restaurant. These classes are wine and food tasting events aimed at educating. You will learn how to purchase the correct wine, how to pair it with food and what a difference the glass makes. Participants will sample 4 wines paired with 4 food tastings. ACI wine instructors and industry experts will answer all your questions pertaining to wine.
